Thank you for your order with AAB! See below our process for the management and confirmation of your delivery schedule.
Order Placed
Deliveries will take place on a week commencing basis between 07:00 – 17:30.
Confirmation Email
INCLUDES SCHEDULE OF WEEK COMMENCING DATES OF DELIVERIES AND THE TYPE OF VEHICLE WHICH WILL BE USED FOR YOUR DELIVERY.
ELECTRONICALLY CONFIRM YOUR SCHEDULE, OR FLAG IT AS REQUIRING AMENDMENT
WE WILL CONTACT YOU WEEKLY TO ADVISE YOU OF YOUR UPCOMING DELIVERY SCHEDULE VIA OUR AUTO EMAILING SYSTEM. PLEASE FOLLOW THE HYPERLINKS TO EITHER CONFIRM IT AS STILL VALID, OR REQUEST CONTACT FROM AAB TO AMEND IT ACCORDINGLY.
WE CONTACT SITE A WEEK PRIOR TO DELIVERY
PLEASE ENSURE AAB ARE INFORMED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF DELIVERY CAN'T BE TAKEN OR ISN'T REQUIRED.
24 HOURS NOTICE OF DELIVERY
A minimum of 24 hour notice of the planned delivery window is given by AAB office before delivery to site.
CONFIRMATION REQUIRED
We require confirmation for delivery from you as the customer - cancellations after deliveries are confirmed will incur charges.
AMENDMENTS
Please ensure AAB are notified of any schedule changes ASAP - See more information on amendments.
GOODS DELIVERED TO SITE
Goods will be delivered to site in line with the agreed order confirmation and offload procedure.
