Delivery Vehicles
You’ll have received an advisory note of which vehicle type will be doing your delivery on your order confirmation
- Offload will be managed by the driver to ensure safe offloading is adhered to - If the driver feels the site is unsafe, you may be contacted for aborted haulage or redirection which will incur extra charges.
- Please ensure clear access for drivers to offload.
- Mechanical offload is a means of offloading the pallets onto a flat surface only.
ARTIC CRANE
Offload Process
Mechanical offloading - As a company standard, all deliveries will automatically be booked on an Artic Crane unless otherwise specified.

Offload Process
Mechanical offloading - For sites with limited space, Artic Moffetts can be arranged for an additional fee to be charged as per quote.

ARTIC FLAT DELIVERY
Offload Process
Site Offload - For an Artic Flat delivery, site will need to ensure a forklift and handler are available for offloading. Please specify if a tower crane will be offloading to ensure a curtain sider is not supplied.

DRAW BAR CRANE
Offload Process
Mechanical offloading - A specialist vehicle which ensures flexibility on site during delivery, charged as per quote - please note this does not include trailer drop.

RIGID CRANE
Offload Process
Mechanical offloading - A smaller specialist vehicle which ensures flexibility on site during delivery, charged as per quote.

TAIL LIFT
Offload Process
Tail lift offloading - A smaller specialist vehicle with a rear offloading tail lift platform capable of holding 1 tonne. Pallets are placed kerb/vehicle side using the tail lift and pallet truck where ground conditions allow.
Site Offloading – Where ground conditions do not allow for pallet truck operation, site can offload the pallets using site forklift or telehandler.

Please note goods will be palletised, shrink wrapped and banded.
Kerb/Vehicle Side Delivery
Kerb/ vehicle side delivery as standard across all vehicles except Artic Flat. Please ensure ground is hard and flat – unsuitable ground will fall subject to aborted haulage or redirection – charges will be applicable in this instance.
