Delivered goods will be palletised, shrink-wrapped and banded.
Where the chosen delivery vehicle includes mechanical offload, such as trailer-mounted crane, the offload will be managed by the driver to ensure safe discharge practice is adhered to.
A provision must be made to facilitate the offload of the goods onto hard standing and level ground which is clear of obstruction and safely accessed.
In the interest of the Health and Safety of everybody on site and to minimise risk to the project , if the driver feels the discharge area is unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, they will firstly raise concern with our office and if we collectively agree that the delivery cannot proceed as planned then aborted haulage or redirection costs may apply.
