Schedule and delivery management

Our Process

Regardless of the size of your project, as a valued customer to AAB we will keep you updated every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect when you order from AAB.

Thank you for your order with AAB.  Please see below our process for the management and confirmation of your delivery schedule.

Deliveries will initially be planned and referred to in the form of a week-commencing date until the specific delivery window can be confirmed. Our standard delivery hours are between 07:00 – 17:30.

In addition to your order acknowledgement, this email serves to confirm the initial delivery schedule which has been loaded into our system based on week-commencing delivery dates in addition to confirming the planned vehicle type to be used for your delivery.

We will contact you weekly to advise you of your upcoming scheduled deliveries via our auto-emailing system. Please follow the hyperlinks to either confirm that the schedule remains accurate or request contact from AAB to amend it accordingly.

Please ensure AAB are informed as soon as possible if delivery can’t be taken or isn’t required during the week it's currently planned for.

A minimum of 24 hour notice of the planned delivery window is given by AAB office before delivery to site.

We will contact you to confirm the specific delivery window that replaces the week commencing date once planned.

We require acknowledgement and confirmation of this specified window prior to making the delivery.

Please ensure AAB are notified of any requirements to amend your delivery schedule ASAP - See more information on amendments.

Goods will be delivered to site in line with the specified vehicle type and their corresponding offload method.
