Amendments to delivery schedule

Amendments can be made by:

• Clicking request for changed schedule on your weekly emails
• Sending a schedule update by email to your AAB contact
• Calling us on 01623 573179

Amendments will be reconfirmed by AAB. Please ensure AAB is notified of any requirement to amend your schedule ASAP.

Charges & cancellation policy

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of delivery and the haulier has not yet loaded the product from the collection point then the full cost of haulage will be chargeable.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of delivery and the haulier has already loaded the product at the collection point then the full cost of haulage and a restocking fee will be charged.

Waiting time policy

Delivery slots include up to 1 hour to off load the vehicle on site. Any extra time incurred to offload after the first hour 1 hour will be chargeable at £140 per hour, split into 15 minute increments. 

Diversion policy

Please ensure all deliveries are required to the address specified in your order. Any diversion charges will be quoted upon request.

Returns policy

We do not accept any returns of over-ordered stock.

Part load charges

In the event of a part load due to weight restrictions or the size of the load ordered, a charge will be applicable, this can be confirmed by your customer service representative or Sales Rep.
