Fleur De Boer's volunteering for Restless Development

Teresa is one of AAB’s Customer service team based on our Mansfield Office and her daughter Fleur is about to embark on charitable work in Uganda. AAB are pleased to be supporting her and we would like to ask our customers and partners to consider supporting her also. Below is a brief on her future trip and how you can sponsor.

Hi,

My name’s Fleur and I graduated from University of the Arts London last July and now I’m on a mission to save the world. In January I'm volunteering for Restless Development on a development programme in Uganda. This is part of International Citizen Service (ICS), which brings young people together to fight poverty and make a difference where it is needed most. I’ll be working alongside volunteers from Uganda, on a project that aims to improve the sexual health and livelihood of young adults. ICS works with communities that have specifically requested their help. It also aims to inspire young people in the UK and overseas to become active citizens who are passionate about long term community development.

I need to raise £800 for Restless Development who are one of the respected development charities that deliver ICS. This will allow them to continue to bring about positive change in the developing communities where they work.
